What balloons do you offer?
We specialize in air- and helium-filled balloons. Our displays feature a variety of styles, sizes, and shapes of latex and foil balloons. We offer columns, arches, mosaics, garlands, balloon walls, hoops, centerpieces, and topiaries.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, we require a 40% non-refundable retainer to secure your requested services. For events requested within fourteen (14) days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Your retainer allows us to purchase the supplies needed for your custom display.
How do I place an order?
Our ordering process is surprisingly simple. You start by completing our booking form. Please include as many details as possible. Once we review your submission, we’ll confirm our availability. Afterwards, we coordinate with you to create an awesome balloon design. Once we confirm the details, you will receive an invoice and service agreement. Your date is reserved once your 40% retainer is received.
What is a service agreement?
A service agreement is a written confirmation of the specific services we’ll provide in exchange for your payment. It helps keep expectations clear and ensures we’re aligned.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least seventy-two (72) hours before your event. Any payments beyond the retainer will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance forfeit all payments made.

Balloon prices vary depending on your design, location, and materials. Here are starting prices for a few popular options:

How soon can I get my balloons?
We ask for at least five (5) days to create your personalized balloons. Rush orders may be available for an additional expedited surcharge. If you need balloons sooner, check out our Grab & Go Garlands! They are pre-inflated and offer quick pickup with easy setup.
Where are you located? How can I get my balloons?
We’re a mobile business based in Arlington, TN, serving Memphis and the Mid-South area. Standard delivery is $10 within 20 miles, with an additional $10 for each 20-mile increment. Smaller orders are eligible for Grab & Go pickup by appointment. Custom installations are available for orders of $200 or more.
How long should my balloons last?
Indoor balloon displays can last a week or more. Outdoor balloons are affected by heat, wind, and sun, which can cause them to pop more quickly. We pre-treat outdoor balloons when possible to preserve their shine, but we recommend using them the same day as your event.
